Adobe have uploaded another video to their official Photoshop FaceBook page demonstrating another awesome imaging technology that they are working on. They are calling the process Content-Aware Fill, and it is being developed by Adobe’s Advanced Technology Labs—in addition to a number of other eyepopping tools.
PatchMatch is a vast improvement to Photoshop’s Spot Healing Tool; and although no promises have been made regarding its appearance in CS5, it is so much better than what is currently available (and seems to be working pretty well), that if it doesn’t appear I think there will be a lot of complaints—so fingers and toes crossed…
